2010/11 Trek EX8 modified to accept an electric motor. Rebuilt in 2022.

Modernized and converted to accept a Bafang BBSHD electric motor. The BBSHD motor was completely disassembled and rebuilt with after-market parts of higher quality and durability, then custom programmed to run at 52 volts and 1500 watts.

Mullet configuration with 27.5 inch at front and 26 inch at rear with Maxxis DHF/DHR tires

Fox 36 fork with 160mm of travel

Marzocchi coil over shock at rear

Custom made 52 volt 20AH battery housed in a custom made battery bag mounted directly to the frame

We transformed the owner’s old personal bike and rebuilt it to its current configuration, to serve as a demo bike for our company. This bike is set up to be a long-travel full suspension trail bike.
